Uh oh December... You did it again.

You snuck up on me. Pouncing like a well-meaning kitten on the feet of a stranger. You're lucky I didn't kick you to the curb. I'm not prepared for you, yet. And what the hey is up with your 65 degree weather?? Give me a break! If you're insisting on staying and putting your feet up, at least bring along the appropriate weather!

Now that that's out of the way, I've been working on Christmas presents (because no matter how unwelcome December is, it's staying for 31 days)! This year for Sean's family I'm making everyone scarves. The top one is for Jane, it's lovely and long and skinny and warm with spectacular colors! The second is for Paul, and it's nice and soft and fluffy and grey... They're both perfect!

And this last one is a sneak peak of Jac's gift... it goes hand in hand with another store bought gift, but I think this yarn is just lovely. It's not a scarf, though! Something more fabulous.

Life has been full of ups and downs lately, but at least I don't have idle hands. Anyone have any ideas for what to put up in my shop?

1) What was I doing 5 years ago?

Five years ago I was 18 (18!!) and at this time I was going to school, working at Petroglyph (I think?), and breaking up with my high school boyfriend. It was a good time, and a bad time. It marked the beginning of a very hard year for me.

2) What are 5 things on my to-do list for today?

1... Try to paint or create something for my shop

2... Figure out what to do with my life

3... Call Kyle

4... Make my bed

5... Work on my knitting projects (learn a new skill)

3) Snacks I enjoy:

Sourdough bread, carrots, apples (<3),>, tea tea tea!

4) Things I would do if I were a billionaire:

Forget working, pay my parents back, buy them something nice, pay off all debts, buy a ranch and a house by the sea, buy Sean his sports car, hire a sushi chef to teach me how to make sushi, work at Petroglyph for fun.

5) Places I have lived:
